All ticket prices are plus 11.5% state tax on admissions, 12.5% on food, and 10.5% on rentals, 9.5% on retail, and 11.5% on beer or wine.
Online ticket orders are subject to a convenience fee.

Private Day Guidelines

  • Dates and hours subject to availability.
  • Pricing is dependent on hours of operation, areas included, and attendance.
  • Minimum 2,000 paid admission tickets plus food minimum required.
What is the minimum number of people required to reserve a pavilion at Magic Springs?

The minimum number of people for a pavilion reservation is 75.

When is the deposit for our event due and how much will it be?

25% of the event total is due at the time of signing to secure the reservation.

Why do we have to wear wristbands?

Wristbands are required to enter the pavilion area. They designate your pavilion and mealtimes.

How long do we get to eat?

Groups under 500 get 1 hr, 500–999 get 1.5 hours and 1000+ gets 2 hours.

Can we choose additional food items for our event?

Additional entrees, side items (standard and premium) and desserts can be added to your menu.

What is the base price and what does it cover?

The base price of $7.00 includes one standard side item, fixin’ bar, cookies, and soft drinks.

Are guests allowed to leave and return to the event?

Guests with wristbands are permitted to leave and return to the pavilion area during your designated pavilion reservation time.

Can we take food and drinks outside the pavilion area?

No. Food and beverages must be kept in the pavilion area.

What is the guaranteed meal count?

This is the number of people that you are needing food to be provided for. A final meal guarantee is due 10 business days in advance of your event. The final guarantee should be provided in writing to your sales representative via fax or email. Your organization will be invoiced for the final meal guarantee provided or the number of people served at your event – whichever is greater.

When is the final payment for my event due?

You have up to 10 days following your event to return any unused admission tickets. Final payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

Can my group distribute tickets outside the front gate?

No. Magic Springs does not allow groups to distribute tickets at the front gate.

Can I upgrade my ticket to a Season Pass?

Yes. You can upgrade your ticket for $19.99 on the day of your event only.
