Admissions/Guest Relations

Offer our guests their first smile at the Tolls or Main Gate! Give the key for a Summer of Fun when you process a family’s Season Pass! Being a part of the Admissions team is more than just taking tickets and season pass photos. We take pride in making a great first impression on both first time guests or longtime Season Pass Holders.

Security & Safety

Safety is our top priority and our Security team members and First Aid team ensure the safety for our guests and team members by providing a safe environment, quality service, and appropriate care when necessary. Security team members are also responsible for providing direction and information to improve the Guests’ experience.

Retail/Rental/Games

Ever see a toy, shirt or piece of jewelry that you just had to have? As a member of our Retail team, you’ll help our guests find the perfect gift to remember their time at Magic Springs. Greet and assist our Guests in a friendly and efficient manner while assisting them with cabana rentals and in our gift shops. Our retail team members are not only responsible for maintaining organized product displays and providing excellent customer service, but also recommending purchases and assisting guests in any way possible.

Winning the stuffed animal that is bigger than you is a classic theme park tradition. As a game team member you get to be a huge part of that. An outgoing and loud personality is a big part of your success in this field.

Food & Beverage

Burgers, pizza, and funnel cakes! Everyone plays an important role in serving our guests in the Food & Beverage department, whether it be as a cashier, cooking behind the grill, expediting food or washing dishes. Our team members here must provide amazing customer service and food that lives up to the hype.

The warehouse team members deliver everything! From giant stuffed animals to barbeque sauce, millions of product move around the park daily. Without them we would have an empty park. Do you want to be a part of team that keeps our shelves stocked?

Custodian/Grounds Maintenance

Be a part of the team that does it all! As a Park Services team member, you have the benefit of being the star of your own show. You set the standard for Guest experience and cleanliness every day. Come experience the fun and rewards of helping keep our park clean. After all, a clean park is a happy park, and you make that happen.

Our Horticulture team takes pride in our incredible landscaping. Wherever you look you can see the teams’ efforts to beautify our park. Be a part of the team that makes the difference in the upkeep of the plants, flowers and greenery.

Shows

Be a part of the entertainment team that supports our in park events and our legendary Summer Concert Series! Our stagehands manage event and venue set up and tear down and help us shine a spotlight on the incredible artists that perform in Timberwood Amphitheatre each weekend of the summer. If you have an exceptional driving record and enjoy hospitality our Runners provide a comfortable stay at our venue for our visiting entertainers by taking care of their needs both prior to and after the show.
