What is the price of a General Admission Day Ticket?
Saturday and Sunday Admission is $59.99 + tax and Monday-Friday Admission is $44.99 for anyone 4 years of age and above. Once purchased, you can upgrade to a Season Pass for an additional charge before leaving the park on the day your ticket is scanned. Save $5 on Monday-Friday admission and time at ticket windows on tickets when you buy your general admission ticket online.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my toddler?
Children 3 years of age and younger receive FREE admission to Magic Springs. Children shorter than 48″ in height are $44.99 + tax at the gate. Save time at ticket windows when you buy your general admission ticket online. These tickets may be purchased HERE.
Do you offer a Senior Discount?
Yes, seniors age 55 and older are admitted for $44.99 + tax at the gate. Save time at ticket windows when you buy your general admission ticket online. These tickets may be purchased HERE.

Park Information
Are there height restrictions on your rides?
Absolutely. The safety of our guests is our top priority and we strictly adhere to the manufacturers’ height restrictions that are posted at the entrance to each ride and attraction. A list of height restrictions is available at the Guest Services office located at the front admission gate and on our web site. Click HERE to view ride pages.
Where can I get a map of the park?
Our park map is available online. View park map. In addition, once you arrive at Magic Springs, there are large park maps throughout the park. Limited number of paper maps available at Guest Relations.
Can we bring an ice chest and food and drinks into the park?
What kinds of food does the park have?
From hamburgers and fries to chicken or pizza, there are eateries for every taste conveniently located throughout the park. Salads are available, plus delicious treats such as funnel cakes and ice cream. Magic Springs proudly serves Pepsi products throughout the park for your enjoyment as well. Visit our Dining page here.
Who do I contact if I have questions about the park concessions regarding food allergies?
You may call 501-624-0100 ext. 139 for lists of ingredients or information.
If you have a food allergy you are able to bring in your own food items but will be limited to a lunch box sized cooler. You must check in with the front gate to enter the park with the outside food and cooler.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Magic Springs accepts only electronic payments, including all major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) and secure mobile payments (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Do I get reimbursed if the park closes due to inclement weather?
Magic Springs is an outdoor facility and some rides and water park attractions can be affected by weather conditions. For the safety of our guests some rides and attractions may be shut down for certain periods of time. Many of the park’s shops, rides, entertainment and other attractions may be enjoyed regardless of the weather. While we do not offer refunds on admission we do have a special should the park close for inclement weather. See Rainy-Day-RePlay for details Here.
May I wear swimwear in the theme park?
Is there a dress code for Timberwood Amphitheater?
I lost a possession in the park or on a ride. How do I get it back?
Do you serve alcohol in the park?
Is there a dress code in the water park?
Appropriate Swimwear Required. NO THONG BIKINIS, NO CHEEKY BOTTOMS, NO BRAZILIAN SWIMWEAR, NO MESH OR TRANSPARENT SWIMWEAR, NO OVERLY REVEALING TOPS, NO SPEEDOS. Management reserves the right to determine if swimwear is appropriate. Swimwear with zippers, buckles or any metal is PROHIBITED.
~ Blue jeans and/or any type of denim material, is not allowed in any of the pools or on any of the slides.
~ In addition, shirts, shorts, and shoes must be worn to ride all attractions outside of the Water Park.
Do I have to purchase the use of a tube for the water attractions?
Can we bring our own flotation devices?
For your own safety and the safety of our other guests we do not allow any outside flotation devices that do not have the Coast Guard Approved stamp. No pool noodles, water wings or inflatable devices are permitted in Crystal Falls.
Children under 48 inches tall must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times. It is recommended that both children under 48 inches tall and weak swimmers wear life jackets while in any pool.
Life jackets for small children are available free of charge at our tube distribution area.
Is Arkansas Twister Closed?
The Arkansas Twister has been retired prior to the 2025 season. The coaster will remain in the park for the foreseeable future with no plans for removal, but it will be non-operational. Learn More…
Cash-to-Card Policy and Program

Why is Magic Springs no longer accepting cash for payment?
To enhance efficiency, security, and guest experience, Magic Springs has transitioned to a fully credit/debit or cash-to-card payment system. Electronic transactions are faster, safer, and more convenient, allowing guests to spend less time in line and more time enjoying the park.
What types of payment does Magic Springs accept?
