Periodically rides may be unavailable for a short duration of time throughout your visit due to maintenance, park staffing levels or weather.

What is the price of a General Admission Day Ticket?

Saturday and Sunday Admission is $59.99 + tax and Monday-Friday Admission is $44.99 for anyone 4 years of age and above. Once purchased, you can upgrade to a Season Pass for an additional charge before leaving the park on the day your ticket is scanned. Save $5 on Monday-Friday admission and time at ticket windows on tickets when you buy your general admission ticket online.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my toddler?

Children 3 years of age and younger receive FREE admission to Magic Springs. Children shorter than 48″ in height are $44.99 + tax at the gate. Save time at ticket windows when you buy your general admission ticket online. These tickets may be purchased HERE.

Do you offer a Senior Discount?

Yes, seniors age 55 and older are admitted for $44.99 + tax at the gate. Save time at ticket windows when you buy your general admission ticket online. These tickets may be purchased HERE.

Do you offer Military / Public Service discounts?
Yes! Military and First Responders (Police, Fire and EMT) may purchase tickets for $34.99 + tax at the gate with an ID or badge. Family members are $36.99 + tax each.
Do you offer Group Rates?

Yes! We offer discounted rates for groups of 15 or more guests. You save when you book in advance; book online a minimum of one (1) day in advance of your visit to grab the best discount! Ask about catering options for groups of 75 or more. Go to Groups pages Here.

What if we arrive later in the day?
During summer operation on Saturdays after 5PM we offer a concert ticket for $39.99 + tax per person at the gate, and on Sunday-Friday we offer an after 4PM ticket for $24.99 + tax each at the gate.
What does my paid admission include?
Admission includes all day use of rides and attractions (excluding prize winning games or additional up-charge attractions) in Magic Springs Theme and Water Park. Admission to the concerts IS included in your ticket price if you attend on one of our concert dates.
May I purchase reserved seating for concerts?

Concert lawn viewing is free with your ticket or Season Pass, but reserved seating may be purchased, in addition to your entry ticket for $8, $10 and $12.

How much does it cost to park at Magic Springs?
Daily parking is $20 per vehicle or you may upgrade your Season Parking Pass for $50.00+tax. Full 15-passenger vans or larger, buses and charter buses park at no charge.
After parking my car, can I leave and come back without paying for parking again?
You may leave and re-enter on the same day by showing your parking receipt for that day to the parking attendant. If you would like to leave the park, have your hand stamped before exiting and you may re-enter for no extra cost.
Are pets permitted at Magic Springs?
Pets are not permitted in the park, with the exception of service animals. Please do not leave your pets unattended in your vehicle while you are visiting. Service animals are not permitted on the rides nor in the pools per health department guidelines.

Park Information

Are there height restrictions on your rides?

Absolutely. The safety of our guests is our top priority and we strictly adhere to the manufacturers’ height restrictions that are posted at the entrance to each ride and attraction. A list of height restrictions is available at the Guest Services office located at the front admission gate and on our web site. Click HERE to view ride pages.

Where can I get a map of the park?

Our park map is available online. View park map. In addition, once you arrive at Magic Springs, there are large park maps throughout the park.  Limited number of paper maps available at Guest Relations.

Can we bring an ice chest and food and drinks into the park?
Magic Springs does not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought into the park, except on select Sundays throughout the season.  Cooler Sunday Dates & Details There’s no limit on how much food or drink you can bring as long as you can pack it in your cooler. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR GLASS ALLOWED! Magic Springs offers a wide variety of delicious food at our many concession stands & restaurants. We also have picnic tables in an area outside of the park for our guests. If you would like to leave the park, have your hand stamped before exiting and you may re-enter the same day at no additional charge.
What kinds of food does the park have?

From hamburgers and fries to chicken or pizza, there are eateries for every taste conveniently located throughout the park. Salads are available, plus delicious treats such as funnel cakes and ice cream. Who do I contact if I have questions about the park concessions regarding food allergies?

You may call 501-624-0100 ext. 139 for lists of ingredients or information.

If you have a food allergy you are able to bring in your own food items but will be limited to a lunch box sized cooler. You must check in with the front gate to enter the park with the outside food and cooler.

Does Magic Springs allow smoking?
Magic Springs is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and vaping is allowed only in smoking areas, which are located at various spots throughout the park. Please check your park map for the designated smoking areas.
Is Magic Springs handicap accessible?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Magic Springs accepts only electronic payments, including all major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) and secure mobile payments (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Guests who prefer to use cash can convert it to a prepaid debit card at one of our Cash-to-Card kiosks. Find out more about Cash-to-Card program HERE.

Do you have an ATM?
No, Magic Springs no longer has ATMs as we only accept electronic payments. We have mobile money machines for converting cash-to-card.
Does Magic Springs have lockers for rent?
You should not leave your personal belongings unattended when visiting the park. There are several locker locations located near the front gate and the water park. Please refer to the park map for those locations. Lockers may be rented for $15 (Regular – 12”Lx12”Wx18”D), $18 (Large – 18”Lx12”Wx18”D) or $20 (Jumbo – 24”Lx15”Wx18”D). You may pay at the locker with cash or debit/credit card.
Do you have strollers and wheelchairs?
Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent. Limited quantities are available on a first-come first-served basis upon presentation of a valid ID. Wagons and wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance or taken outside the park.

Do I get reimbursed if the park closes due to inclement weather?

Magic Springs is an outdoor facility and some rides and water park attractions can be affected by weather conditions. For the safety of our guests some rides and attractions may be shut down for certain periods of time. Many of the park’s shops, rides, entertainment and other attractions may be enjoyed regardless of the weather. May I wear swimwear in the theme park?
Yes, however for your own safety you must wear a shirt, shoes and shorts or pants over it to ride rides.
Is there a dress code for Timberwood Amphitheater?
Yes, you must wear a shirt, shoes and shorts or pants in Timberwood Amphitheater.
I lost a possession in the park or on a ride. How do I get it back?
Please visit our lost items link on the website under contact and complete form. Someone from guest services will contact you regarding your lost item.

Do you serve alcohol in the park?
Yes. However for safety reasons, guests who are intoxicated or impaired by alcohol or drugs will not be allowed on the rides and attractions at Magic Springs.
Is there a dress code in the water park?

Appropriate Swimwear Required. NO THONG BIKINIS, NO CHEEKY BOTTOMS, NO BRAZILIAN SWIMWEAR, NO MESH OR TRANSPARENT SWIMWEAR, NO OVERLY REVEALING TOPS, NO SPEEDOS. Management reserves the right to determine if swimwear is appropriate. Swimwear with zippers, buckles or any metal is PROHIBITED.
~ Blue jeans and/or any type of denim material, is not allowed in any of the pools or on any of the slides.
~ In addition, shirts, shorts, and shoes must be worn to ride all attractions outside of the Water Park.

Do I have to purchase the use of a tube for the water attractions?
No. Some attractions require the use of tubes. Limited supplies of one-time use tubes are available on a first-come, first-served basis for attractions that require a tube. For your benefit and to cut down on waiting time in lines, you may rent a tube for your personal use the entire day. Season Tube Rentals may be added to any Season Pass for $30.00 tax included; daily tube rentals cost $10.
Can we bring our own flotation devices?

For your own safety and the safety of our other guests we do not allow any outside flotation devices that do not have the Coast Guard Approved stamp. No pool noodles, water wings or inflatable devices are permitted in Crystal Falls.

Children under 48 inches tall must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times. It is recommended that both children under 48 inches tall and weak swimmers wear life jackets while in any pool. 

Life jackets for small children are available free of charge at our tube distribution area.

 

Is Arkansas Twister Closed?

The Arkansas Twister has been retired prior to the 2025 season. The coaster will remain in the park for the foreseeable future with no plans for removal, but it will be non-operational. Learn More…

Cash-to-Card Policy and Program

Why is Magic Springs no longer accepting cash for payment?

To enhance efficiency, security, and guest experience, Magic Springs has transitioned to a fully credit/debit or cash-to-card payment system. Electronic transactions are faster, safer, and more convenient, allowing guests to spend less time in line and more time enjoying the park.

What types of payment does Magic Springs accept?

Magic Springs accepts only electronic payments, including all major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) and secure mobile payments (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Guests who prefer to use cash can convert it to a prepaid debit card at one of our Cash-to-Card kiosks.

Is there a fee to use the Cash-to-Card kiosks and prepaid cards?
There are no fees to convert cash to a prepaid card or to use the card in or outside the park. However, after 92 consecutive days of no transaction activity, a $4.95 inactivity fee will be applied.
Where are the Cash-to-Card kiosks located?
We have Cash-to-Card kiosks conveniently located throughout the park. Locations include:
– Front Entry Fountain Area – Season Pass Lounge (near Hawk)
– Pizza Di Lago (near Brain Drain) – Blue Canoe (water park near Wave Pool)
What information do I need to provide at the Cash-to-Card kiosks?
The kiosks do not require any personal information. Cash can be loaded onto a prepaid debit card anonymously.
Where can I use the prepaid card?
The prepaid card can be used anywhere inside Magic Springs Theme and Water Park. Outside the park, it can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
How much cash can I load onto the prepaid card? Is there a minimum amount required?
You may load any amount between $1 and $500 onto a single card.
Can I reload cash onto the prepaid card?
Prepaid cards are not reloadable. However, guests can load additional cash onto a new card at no extra cost.
What if I don’t have enough money on the card for my purchase?
If your card does not have sufficient funds for a purchase, you will not be charged any penalties or fees. You will need to provide another form of payment or load cash onto a new prepaid card at a Cash-to-Card kiosk.
What should I do if the kiosk takes my money but does not provide a card?
If a transaction fails and you do not receive a card, please take your receipt listing the deposited cash amount to Guest Relations. Our team will work with the issuer to verify the error and ensure the correct funds are loaded onto a new prepaid card.
What if I have leftover funds on my prepaid card when I leave the park?
Unused funds remain available on your prepaid debit card and can be used outside the park wherever MasterCard is accepted.
